Work from home? Have you ever done this? Has it worked for anyone?

I’m sure you’ve seen them all kinds of home from home programs, from customer service to getting paid to test video games from or typing at home.
I’m trying to find one that doesn’t require a fee to get information or start working. Maybe an individual company that outsources some of it’s work.
Do you know of a legitimate companies for this?
Please do not give me responses about starting my own business or any MLM programs. I’m looking for Jobs like Admin assistant or customer service.
